Please pay note that the traffic limit conditions have changed in Bulgaria. Now the limit is set for 24 hours period.

When an end user sends service request, the MSISDN verification procedure takes place. Its aim is to check whether there is history with the same MSISDN. If there is, an end user is allowed to spend 50 BGN for VAS services per 24h. If not, he is allowed to spend no more than 30 BGN per 24h. 

When the limit is reached, an end user gets the following notification: “Izharchihte nad XXlv za 24h. Moje da produljite da polzvate uslugata sled 24 chasa. Pri novo polzvane na uslugata, vsichki zadurjani SMS shte budat obraboteni.”(In English: “You spend more than XXlv for 24h. You can continue to use the service after 24 hours. When you continue to use the service, all the blocked SMS-es will be processed".) XX lv refers to 30 or 50 BGN (depending on which limit is set per MSISDN).

Bulgarian VAS market has been subject to permanently increasing fraud levels recently. Therefore starting from 00:00:00 of 13-th of December mobile carriers have imposed maximum traffic limitation of 100 BGN per MSISDN per 30 days. Limitation works globally for all the short codes, which means no MSISDN will be able to generate more than 100 BGN traffic to all provided by us short codes within any 30 days period. Please pay note that payouts for traffic more than 100 BGN from one MSISDN per month won’t be made! When the 30 days period is over, an end user can start sending Premium SMS again.

However in order to provide suitable comfort for subscribers, it is possible to change standard limits for MSISDN. If you receive a complaint or inquiry from the subscriber, please forward it to our support. We will send the information immediately to the Mobile Network Operators and in case of approval – will increase the limit.
